What You’ll Do The Post-Sales AI Solutions Engineering team partners closely with enterprise customers to take AI/ML use cases from concept to production. You will provide deep technical guidance, deployment expertise, and seamless collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering, helping customers realize tangible business value from their AI investments. You will also surface customer insights and best practices to help shape the roadmap. Role and Responsibilities We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Post-Sales AI Solutions Engineering to lead and grow our North America team. In this role, you’ll: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers; oversee day-to-day execution; and act as the primary escalation point for strategic customers. Drive operational excellence by defining team goals, tracking success metrics, and implementing programs and processes that streamline customer adoption. Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to ensure successful adoption and production deployment of AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to surface customer needs and influence the product roadmap. Who You Are / Qualifications 10+ years in AI/ML/Data solutions engineering, post-sales technical leadership, or related customer-facing technical roles 5+ years managing technical teams, ideally in AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software Proven track record guiding enterprise customers through technical adoption and production deployment of AI/ML solutions Strong expertise in machine learning, AI frameworks, and modern data/AI infrastructure Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience handling executive-level escalations Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on technical guidance Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Preferred Experience building and scaling technical post-sales teams across geographies Familiarity with data engineering, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and modern deployment tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native services) Knowledge of enterprise adoption metrics and operational reporting for technical teams Why Us Be Curious at Your Core Act Like an Owner Empower Employees Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences Achieve More Together Compensation and Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary is determined based on qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits (eligibility applies).
