Senior Manager, Alternative Investments Offer Management Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Alternative Investments Offer Management role at Charles Schwab Overview Within Schwab’s Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) organization, the Senior Manager, Alternative Investments Offer Management will be part of the Investment & Offer Solutions (IOS) group. IOS manages proprietary Separately Managed Account products and third-party product marketplaces across Alternative Investments, Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Structured Products, Fixed Income, Annuities & Insurance, and 529. The mission is to provide positive experiences for Schwab advisors and clients while growing win-win monetization opportunities. What you’ll do Provide day-to-day management and operational support for Schwab’s Alternative Investments & Structured Products advisor platforms. Support core offer management activities, including platform maintenance, onboarding of new issuers and funds, performance reporting, and field enablement support. Engage in ongoing product strategy and project execution with internal partners (Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Advisor Services) and external partners (asset managers, fintechs) to ensure smooth delivery and positive client experience. Monitor platform performance, analyze issues, and implement enhancements. Onboard new products, managers, or platform features; maintain and update product documentation, training materials, and process guides. Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements related to Alternative Investments and support internal audits. Lead or support process improvement initiatives. What you have Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus. 5+ years total work experience with 3+ years in financial services, preferably in product management, offer management, or operations supporting Alternative Investments or similar products. Demonstrated ability to manage daily operational activities, resolve issues, and support product enhancements. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Preferred qualifications Curious thinker with strong business judgment and analytical skills; grit to solve problems and drive work forward. Comfort dealing with ambiguity; motivated to drive results autonomously in a dynamic environment. Ability to create presentations and effectively present to and persuade stakeholders. Familiarity with Alternative Investments, Structured Products, or similar investment products. Licenses: Series 7.
