Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Reporting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Manager of Financial Systems and Reporting to oversee and optimize our financial planning system Anaplan and Power BI reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, development, and maintenance of our Anaplan platform and financial reporting platform Power BI. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. The Manager will also be responsible for project management of systems implementation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, as well as providing timely and insightful reporting to support decision-making.
Job responsibilities Systems Administration and Development:
· Serve as the primary administrator for our financial systems platform Anaplan.
· Partner with Anaplan team to design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
· Project manage Anaplan integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
· Develop and maintain Anaplan documentation, including model design, user guides, and training materials.
· Provide Anaplan training and support to end-users.
· Stay up to date on the latest Anaplan features and functionality.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
· Drive development and maintenance of financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI.
· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
· Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Process Improvement:
· Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and reporting.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial processes.
· Work with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and consistency.
· Lead systems implementation and change management efforts.
· Drive alignment & buy-in across Finance teams, cross-functional coordination, resource planning and delivery against key milestones.
· Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $155,000 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus anda comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for two weeks during the calendar year and December wellness/shutdown week for applicable positions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or financial systems management.
Systems aptitude and proficient process mapping skills, and have experience with AX and financial planning tool such as Anaplan (preferred)
Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools like Power BI
Possess accounting knowledge and experience supporting month- end close and financial reporting activities.
Experience with multi-national, cross-company allocation, currency translation and consolidation activities.
Solid project management skills, effective communication & facilitation skills, and ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive work to conclusion.
Detail oriented and possess an ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
Experience leading financial systems enhancements including requirements gathering, design, build, test, and roll-out.
Curious, solution-oriented, and creative, with a process improvement mindset.
Hybrid and or remote role with travel to SF for key meetings, trainings, and go live milestones.
