The Opportunity
Your role at Sephora... As Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative Technology, you will be responsible for the marketing campaign workflow tools that will drive efficiency and scale for Sephora Marketing. You are the product owner of marketing campaign workflow tools (Monday.com, Ziflow, Crosscap, ADAL), and initiatives related to automating processes and creating efficiencies. You will drive the technology roadmap, define new processes, workflows, and execution of said initiatives in partnership with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams, outside vendors, and consultants. You will oversee and plan the rollout of tools and technologies to all teams involved.
Responsibilities
Drive the roadmap for Marketing workflow tools, deliver through partnership with Sephora Tech and/or external vendors for net-new and existing tools: gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining KPIs, anticipating roadblocks, running RFI/RFPs and pilots with x-functional teams, and implementation (50% time spent).
Drive cross-functional implementation plans with full change management timelines, including UAT/QA, documentation, training, hyper-care, and steady-state support and maintenance (15% time spent).
Develop and own best practices for large-scale MarTech projects: dashboards, weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and share-outs with Leadership, process (15% time spent).
Continuously investigate net-new tools and technologies as well as new features and functionalities within current workflow tools to optimize automation and efficiencies (10% time spent).
Manage user provisioning models, licensing needs, tool usage, onboarding/offboarding process and timing (10% time spent).
We're Excited About You If You Have
5-10 years of experience managing and implementing roadmap initiatives across a wide variety of disciplines, including process improvements, technology projects, and creative automation.
3 years of experience in supporting technical workflow development and change management.
B.A. / B.S. or equivalent
Competencies And Skills
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with technology tools.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and technical project management.
Flexible and strong leader with an ability to inspire; self-motivated; willing to roll up his/her sleeves to move the team and company forward.
Solution-oriented; ability to think critically and to provide thoughtful and innovative solutions to proactively address issues and problems as they arise.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Ability to influence, connect, and collaborate with a variety of groups and personalities, both technical and not technical, at all levels of the organization.
Adept at building relationships cross-functionally and gaining alignment with business partners.
The annual base salary range for this position is $127,500.00 - $169,670.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
