Identify and prioritize testing opportunities that will improve marketing performance, partnering with Analytics to design impactful experiments.
Campaign Management:
Oversee print campaign execution, including segmentation, modeling, customer acquisition, and audience targeting strategies.
Collaborate with Paid Media and Email leads to build effective, data-informed Go-to-Market calendars that drive long-term, profitable growth in traffic, conversion, revenue, and high value customers.
Partnership & Process Leadership:
Manage third-party vendors (e.g., marketing database provider, merge-purge provider, printer) to ensure seamless execution of print campaigns.
Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve marketing planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Leverage tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and/or R to independently access, analyze, and summarize marketing and financial data.
Contribute to the development of automated reporting frameworks that meet the needs of various business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or Finance required, advanced degrees in these subject areas are a plus
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing planning, forecasting, or operations—ideally in a direct-to-consumer or omnichannel retail environment.
Technical System: Strong technical fluency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL/R).
Proven track record of translating data insights into actionable marketing plans and forecasts.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for lifestyle brands and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
Curious, collaborative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Background in content marketing and/or Go-to-Market planning is a plus.
