What You’ll Do Lead the Commercial Accounting team in revenue accounting, technical revenue policy, and credit & collections, building best-in-class systems and processes to support financial accuracy, automation, and ASC 606 compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to implement scalable, efficient solutions.
About The Role As the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting Transformation, lead strategic initiatives to automate and scale the Commercial Accounting function.
Work with Revenue Accounting, Technical Revenue, and Credit & Collections teams to understand processes and challenges, then build and execute an automation roadmap.
Lead system implementations, manage process improvement initiatives, and evaluate downstream accounting impacts of new products or business strategies.
Drive long-term efficiency to enable the team to scale with the company’s hyper-growth.
Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of activities, processes, and challenges within Revenue Accounting, Technical Revenue, and Credit & Collections.
Develop and present automation roadmaps and goals to Finance leadership and business partners.
Lead system implementations and enhancements to streamline processes and controls.
Receive and prioritize process improvement proposals from Commercial Accounting teams.
Identify opportunities for large and small process improvements and implement solutions.
Perform acceptance testing of process changes to ensure successful go-lives.
Evaluate new product introductions, upstream process changes, and new go-to-market strategies for impacts on the team’s activities and processes.
Who You Are 7+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at high-growth tech companies
2+ years of experience at a public company
2+ years of Big 4 audit experience
Strong knowledge of ASC 606
Demonstrated success in improving and automating revenue accounting processes
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working through complex challenges
Preferred Deep knowledge of ERP systems
Experience with revenue system or ERP implementations

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
