Senior Manager-SEC & Technical Accounting-High Growth Progressive Company! Reputable, high growth company is looking for a motivated Senior Manager, Financial Reporting-SEC & Technical Accounting. Excellent visibility and opportunity for internal career growth!

**$155-$175k + 15% bonus**
Responsibilities:
SEC Filings: Assist in the preparation and review of public reports and SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, 8-K, Form 4, etc.
Financial Statements: Prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
Coordination: Work with management, external auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely preparation and review of SEC filings.
Technical Accounting: Lead technical accounting research, documentation, and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory standards.
Stock-Based Compensation: Advanced knowledge of stock-based compensation and equity management, including working with third-party providers.
Audit Coordination: Lead quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and other regulatory review processes with external auditors.
Debt Covenant Analysis: Complete quarterly analysis of debt covenants.
Revenue Recognition: Advanced understanding of Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) concepts.
SOX Compliance: Assist with SOX controls and internal controls over financial reporting.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide reporting support to the Executive Management team as needed.
Project Coordination: Participate in departmental projects aimed at improving efficiencies.
Team Collaboration: Review analyses prepared by other team members.
Requirements:
Industry Experience: Public company reporting (CPA preferred).
Public Accounting: Experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 or national firms.
Software Experience: Proficiency with disclosure platforms (e.g., DFIN, Workiva) is highly desirable.
Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
