Slalom is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing efforts across our sub-region, which includes Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This highly collaborative role requires a strong leader who can partner effectively across the organization to shape the marketing vision, elevate our brand presence, and drive measurable business growth.
You’ll play a hands-on role in orchestrating marketing initiatives that span brand awareness, demand generation, partner marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), social media, public relations, and event strategy. You will also be responsible for performance tracking, optimization, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. A strong sense of initiative, adaptability, and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels is essential. Building cross-functional relationships and adapting global and regional strategies to meet local market needs is key to success.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Market Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to your regional markets, focused on brand visibility, pipeline acceleration, client acquisition, and account expansion. End-to-End Campaign Execution: Lead the design and delivery of marketing programs, including digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, paid media, sponsorships, internal communications, messaging, storytelling, and recruitment brand support. Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize the marketing budget across all assigned markets. Align investments with business goals and gain stakeholder buy-in for major initiatives. Client Event Strategy & Execution: Design and execute high-impact client-facing events—from executive roundtables to large-scale experiences—that deliver memorable, high-value interactions and reflect Slalom’s commitment to exceptional customer experience. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with regional leadership, sales, alliances, and national marketing teams to align marketing plans with business priorities. Drive synergy across functions to amplify impact. Performance & Insights: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze campaign and event performance to ensure ROI. Leverage insights to refine strategy and optimize marketing effectiveness. Campaign Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of integrated campaigns, including ABM, digital marketing, sales enablement, and storytelling that resonates with priority audiences.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of experience in marketing. Experience in B2B is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into insights and actions. Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data visualization, performance tracking). Proven success in leading complex marketing programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines. Self-motivated and adaptable with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at crafting tailored messages for diverse audiences. A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust with leaders and peers across all levels of the organization.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $130,000-$150,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
