Overview Phiture is a mobile growth consultancy working with leading apps. We’re seeking a seasoned Growth Consultant to join our multidisciplinary marketing team, reporting to the Growth Lead and collaborating with key U.S.-based clients. You will lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies grounded in user behavior, experimentation, and growth solutions. You will also bridge the European and U.S. teams to ensure seamless project flow across time zones and strong communication with clients.
What you will own
Keep the engine running: Oversee day-to-day operations within the pod and ensure projects stay on track.
Lead global ASO & CRO strategy: Drive scalable growth across markets and languages with data-driven experimentation.
Shape client roadmaps: Provide senior-level guidance and tailored strategies for key ASO accounts.
Experiment relentlessly: Apply testing methodologies to boost app performance, blending ASO with CRO best practices.
Elevate discoverability: Lead keyword optimization to improve app store performance.
Drive creative excellence: Run creative testing to craft store assets that stand out.
Mentor and inspire: Coach Growth Managers, fostering analytical thinking and curiosity.
Refine strategies with insight: Use knowledge of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation to optimize client outcomes.
Be a thought leader: Help build Phiture’s reputation as a go-to authority in mobile growth and ASO.
Set the bar high: Ensure top-quality service delivery and strong results.
Stay ahead of trends: Integrate latest CRO, performance marketing, and ASO best practices.
Collaborate across time zones: Coordinate handoffs between EU and US teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Be the US client partner: Act as the main point of contact for American clients and coordinate with EU teammates.
Juggle multiple priorities: Balance several client projects while keeping workstreams aligned and on schedule.
What you’ll bring
3+ years in ASO or related fields (CRO, performance marketing, or experiment-driven mobile growth).
Deep understanding of mobile marketing and performance marketing principles.
A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and user-behavior analysis.
Data-driven decision maker with excellent research and critical thinking skills.
Natural curiosity and adaptability, eager to deepen ASO expertise if needed.
Strong client-management experience within an agency setting.
Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication.
Experience working fully remote with distributed teams.
Comfort coordinating across North America–Europe time zones.
Solid project management and prioritization skills, thriving under multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently and make clear decisions in fast-changing environments.
Nice to have
Apple Search Ads experience or CAC:LTV-based performance marketing.
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO).
