Responsibilities Serve as a voice of the customer to inform product roadmap and prioritization, working closely with Product Management and Design. Own strategies to drive product adoption, activation, and retention, identifying friction points and testing improvements. Develop compelling messaging that differentiates Rovo for Developers, rooted in customer insights. Analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates through messaging, onboarding, and content experiments. Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new features and campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and measurable outcomes. Conduct research to understand user needs and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Design, Growth, and Sales teams to create cohesive customer experiences. Qualifications Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. 5+ years in product marketing, developer marketing, or related fields, preferably with experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools. Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally. Autonomous work ethic, adaptable to fast-paced environments. Comfort with technical domains, especially Developer solutions, DevOps, and AI. Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and marketing strategies based on insights.
