Senior Product Marketing Manager, Migrations As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Migrations product marketing team, you will be a key member focused on developing and implementing end-to-end (E2E) strategies spanning a year+ and telling a compelling story of moving from on-premise offerings to the cloud. Your B2B SaaS expertise will support creating high-quality internal and external resources, including white papers, pitch decks, keynotes, high-impact events, and more.

Responsibilities
Build comprehensive go-to-market plans that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement across a mix of channels
Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple complex programs concurrently
Apply a customer-centric focus to all content and programs
Partner with sales leadership and enablement to craft enablement programs
Create high-quality assets for use by demand generation, sales, and partners (blogs, webinars, leadership/analyst reports, community posts, pitch decks, and more)
Manage conversations and programs with cross-functional stakeholders
Build strong relationships with Product counterparts and engage in strategic roadmap discussions
Identify opportunities to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and campaigns to meet business goals
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B product marketing and management experience, ideally with a DevOps and cloud infrastructure or service management background
Experience creating, driving, and managing go-to-market plans across a variety of owned channels
Self-starter with a passionate, no-bullshit, can-do attitude
Ability to jump in and get things done in a fast-paced, often changing environment
Compensation At Atlassian, baseline pay is designed to be equitable and competitive. Base pay ranges for new hires in the United States by geographic pay zones are as follows:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
