Overview Senior Product Marketing Manager (Operations and Program Management) at Datadog. What You’ll Do Define and document all core processes that Product Marketing interacts with and create new ways to optimize the flow of work
Build and manage a quarterly OKR creation and review process that includes reviews, stakeholder feedback and look backs
Create a cross-functional content creation process spanning PMM, writing, Demand Gen and Brand, including prioritization and feedback loops; own ongoing planning, program prioritization and execution
Act as a horizontal lead to coordinate major cross-functional projects such as website refreshes, customer stories, major events, and more
Own PMM product launch calendar and maintain alignment with product teams; serve as central point of contact for cross-functional teams (Event Strategy, PR, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders)
Build processes to support internal communications for the VP of PMM and CMO
Own KPI reporting and readout process; collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs, coordinate data pulling, and create a framework for weekly/monthly team status updates
Who You Are 3-5+ years of experience in program management; product marketing experience or related marketing experience is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills; highly cross-functional with stakeholders across the organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill data into clear narratives and recommended actions
Strong familiarity with go-to-market motions in B2B SaaS of a similar size
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders (campaigns, events, and integrated planning)
