Compensation Range: $180000-$210000

We’re seeking a Product Marketing professional to lead the strategic direction and market success of high-voltage power-conversion components for a top industry supplier. This role requires deep technical expertise in switching converter technologies and topologies, along with strong business acumen to drive product launches, manage customer relationships, analyze market trends, and ensure portfolio profitability.

Responsibilities:

Define the strategic direction of power-conversion components. Build and maintain relationships with key customers. Drive product introduction at lead customers and develop strategies for account growth. Collaborate with applications and sales teams to define necessary collateral for customer understanding of the product portfolio. Maintain the product portfolio, focusing on value pricing and gross margin management. Manage key projects with large-scale customers. Visit customers to gather market and competitive information. Analyze market development, technical trends, and the competitive environment. Manage information flow between R&D and Marketing regarding technical and commercial questions. Create and maintain presentation materials for the entire product scope. Manage forecast planning and reporting.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Physics with an interest and experience in business. Experience: 10+ years of product marketing experience specifically in high-voltage power-conversion components.

Skills:

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of switching converter components and various switching topologies (e.g., Flyback, Resonant). Strategic Thinking: Ability to define strategic direction and translate complex technical scenarios into business-oriented value propositions. Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key customers and driving product adoption. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor for internal and external interactions. Evangelism: Ability to promote products and ideas internally and externally with an entrepreneurial mindset. Product Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing product portfolios, including value pricing and gross margin management. Market Analysis: Proficient in analyzing market development, technical trends, and the competitive environment. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
