What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the enablement strategy and roadmap for Strategic Sales
- Conduct business and performance gap analyses to inform enablement priorities
- Collaborate with Sales and business stakeholders to design and launch enablement programs
- Qualify incoming enablement requests and vet based on strategic priorities
- Drive alignment across the Revenue Enablement team to execute impactful programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in enablement, business partnering, or GTM strategy roles in a technology company
- Deep understanding of the sales process and enterprise selling skills
- Proven track record of effective collaboration and influencing at all organizational levels
- Ability to work with ambiguity and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
