We\'re looking for our first Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the early founding team. This role is foundational—you\'ll be on the front lines of building pipeline, setting meetings, and helping WingRep land our next wave of enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
As the Founding Senior SDR at WingRep, you\'ll help build a qualified pipeline by engaging with potential customers. This includes outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn—or whatever it takes to get them excited about WingRep.
Drive Scalable Pipeline Growth Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting campaigns across targeted verticals.
Research accounts, build tailored outreach, and spark conversations with executive-level buyers.
Qualify inbound leads quickly and consistently against ICP and sales methodology frameworks (MEDDIC / BANT).
Use HubSpot to run structured cadences, track engagement, and maintain a clean pipeline.
Consistently book qualified meetings to help meet revenue goals.
Represent WingRep at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate interest, engage prospects, and build pipeline.
Partner with Leadership Work directly with the Co-Founder & CRO to identify target accounts, refine messaging, and unlock opportunities.
Provide context-rich, high-quality handoffs that accelerate deal cycles.
Surface real-time insights from prospect conversations (pain points, objections, trends) and share with leadership to refine strategy and positioning.
Contribute to Team Culture & Growth Bring a hunter mindset, grit, and energy every day.
Help design the outbound playbook from scratch — recommending best practices, workflows, and new tools for outreach and prospecting.
Actively participate in SDR training and embrace feedback to sharpen your skills.
Help shape the DNA of WingRep\'s go-to-market engine as part of the early team.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Live in the San Francisco Bay Area and are available to work in-office 3 days per week.
Have 2-4 years of proven success as an SDR in B2B SaaS environment.
Bring a strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures, and can contribute your own playbooks, workflows, and tools.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications a plus.
Thrive in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
Are a strong communicator (written + verbal) who can craft compelling outreach and engage confidently with executives.
Have a proven ability to prospect successfully via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Are coachable, resilient, and curious—you want to grow your sales career.
Are comfortable using HubSpot as your CRM and sales engagement tool.
Bonus: Experience in sales training, enablement, or sales-tech.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000 USD.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ USD / year with performance-based commissions.
