Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Sales Director. The ServiceNow Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
•Build a solid sales pipeline by actively hunting new ServiceNow prospects via Apollo, LinkedIn, LinkedIn connections, internal leads and prior connections.
•Build new and leverage existing relationships with C-Suite executives and other decision makers.
• Develop and lead ServiceNow service offerings
•Manage ServiceNow partnership-related issues, including certification and partner status
•Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
•Travel as needed, depending on client appointments
Qualification
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
•Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
•Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
