As a Sales Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in connecting complex product capabilities with customer needs—turning interest into adoption. This is your chance to join a high-impact team where your technical expertise will directly influence revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution
Partner with Account Executives to understand prospect needs and deliver compelling product demos and technical walkthroughs.
Lead proof-of-concept engagements to validate product fit and solve real-world customer challenges.
Customer-Centered Solutioning
Customize solutions that map to client requirements and demonstrate the tangible impact of our platform.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-aligned solutions for decision-makers.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the go-to expert on product architecture, data integrations, and use cases.
Support RFP responses and help craft technically-sound, value-driven proposals.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and early adoption.
Provide integration support, technical resources, and ongoing solution consultation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and new features.
Share feedback with Product and Engineering to improve usability, scalability, and performance.
What You Bring
3+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management role in a B2B SaaS company.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms , API integrations , and data-driven products .
Proven ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and experience supporting the full pre-sales lifecycle.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
A collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and customer impact.
A technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) is helpful but not required.
