We are seeking a seasoned SAP Solution Architect to lead and support our business transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on Order to Cash (O2C), while also providing cross-functional expertise across Manufacturing and Procurement areas. The ideal candidate will be a functional expert who can effectively interface with stakeholders, lead workshops, and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead SAP solutioning efforts focused on the Order to Cash (O2C) process.

Provide cross-functional expertise in Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.

Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and design workshops with stakeholders.

Define end-to-end SAP solutions and architecture across functional areas.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with overall solution architecture.

Create functional specifications, system design documents, and configuration plans.

Guide testing, training, and deployment of SAP solutions.

Serve as the primary liaison between business users and SAP technical teams.

Required Qualifications :

10-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting and solution architecture.

Deep expertise in SAP Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

Strong working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing (PP / MM) and Procurement (MM / P2P) modules.

Proven experience leading solution design in complex, multi-functional environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional areas.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in SAP S / 4HANA environments.

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Prior experience working in the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing industries.

Work Arrangement :

1st Preference : Hybrid 3 days / week onsite at South San Francisco, CA

2nd Preference : Fully remote from within the U.S
