What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the design and implementation of the core test automation framework for the Clinical Platform - Build and optimize test execution infrastructure for large-scale test execution - Collaborate with PMs, Developers, and QA on tools strategy and approach - Drive the adoption of an automation-first approach and identify test gaps - Diagnose and resolve issues in a cloud-based automation environment

What is Required (Qualifications): - 7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and infrastructure development - Strong expertise in Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber - Experience in testing applications using Selenium or for mobile platforms using Appium - API testing experience is required - Proven ability to mentor team members and improve team performance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience building test reports - Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack or LambdaTest - Knowledge of Spring Boot - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS
