About the Opportunity
As a Senior Product Engineer at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling the tools that power our care delivery. You will lead end-to-end development of new product features, from initial concept through deployment and iteration.
Responsibilities
Own core product initiatives and drive full-stack development using modern web technologies
Build scalable, high-performance applications that support both clinical and patient experiences
Identify and implement improvements across our platform to enhance speed, reliability, and usability
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions
Help guide architectural decisions that will support our growing team and mission-driven roadmap

Job Requirements
At least 2+ years of software development experience as a high-performing individual contributor, building user-facing software at a startup
Experience in both backend and frontend engineering
Building complex web applications (required)
Relational databases data modeling (required)
Ruby on Rails (preferred)
React (preferred)
AWS services (preferred)
Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs (e.g., homelessness, severe mental illness, substance use disorder)
