What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead the architectural transformation of the Registry platform, designing scalable systems for millions/billions of artifacts Optimize system architecture, solving complex bugs and making critical technical decisions Identify and refactor areas of technical debt to enhance code maintainability and developer productivity Mentor a team of 3-4 Software Engineers through technical challenges and elevate their skills Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user requirements into technical implementations

What is Required (Qualifications): 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years leading significant technical initiatives Strong proficiency in Python and at least one compiled language (C++, C, C#, Go), with Go experience a bonus Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript with experience in frontend optimizations and state management Advanced experience with GraphQL APIs and data fetching strategies Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design practices Background in improving performance and maintainability of complex web applications
