Title of Role: Senior Software Engineer, Servicing Location: United States (Remote, with quarterly in-person team sessions) Salary: $163,600 – $226,400 base + Bonus + Equity Office Type: Digital-First Remote, with quarterly onsite sessions What You Will Do As a Senior Software Engineer, Servicing, you will: Lead cross-team, multi-engineer projects with multi-quarter timelines. Drive both existing and greenfield projects forward with speed and end-user empathy. Expand your impact beyond immediate tasks — upleveling the codebase and overall tech platform. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and third-party partners to make decisions that influence what gets built as much as how it’s built. Mentor and coach engineers, contributing to a high-performance, growth-oriented team culture. Ideal Background 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong technical leadership experience, including code release, deployment orchestration, monitoring, logging, and alerting in a microservices environment. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality, timely work. Growth mindset and ability to incorporate feedback into work. Comfortable working independently as well as in highly collaborative settings. Preferred Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications. Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails or Kotlin. Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering team growth. Strong sense of accountability and customer-first mindset.
