Responsibilities: Develop distributed data streams and intuitive data flow for client-side web applications. Create new visualizations and interfaces that can scale with Confluent Cloud. Collaborate with backend software engineers to ensure the user experience is not compromised by the performance constraints of backend APIs. Work with designers to understand and implement component styling and interactions based on UI wireframes. Collaborate with product managers to build a seamless user experience. Requirements: At least 3+ years of professional experience. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent. Experience building client-side web applications for data-intensive applications. Excellent understanding of modern JavaScript, typing in JS, HTML5 and CSS. Experience with React/Flux (or equivalent), modern JavaScript tooling/Webpack. Strong foundation in algorithms and application design.
