Note: Data as a Service (DaaS) roles require 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with technical products or API components, for a smooth transition into the data space. The Opportunity Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for sales, customers, and partners to help them achieve their data-related goals. Act as a technical translator for new data buyers and non-technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities Manage data evaluation processes for new business opportunities, including new logos and upsells. Address technical support questions beyond the Customer Success Team's scope. Gather and utilize customer feedback to improve processes, experience, and data quality. Participate in thought leadership initiatives, establishing yourself as a consultant and advisor. Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Big Data, with the ability to advise on tech stack architecture and work with REST APIs. Ability to interpret and explain complex code to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven success in building customer relationships, understanding needs, and working autonomously. Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams. Nice to Have / Value-Add Experience Experience with Elasticsearch, Redshift, Azure, MongoDB, Linux, AWS, Kibana, Periscope, Graylog, and writing complex queries.
