What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Warehouse
- Drive solutions to meet the needs of the Finance department and support FP&A processing and analytics
- Lead design sessions and engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions and support project roadmap development
- Implement a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
