About the Software Engineer We’re looking for a Software Engineer who’s excited to work at the intersection of SaaS, climate tech, and real-world impact. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help design, build, and scale the platform powering the next wave of adoption for clean, high-efficiency appliances.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering leaders to deliver features that contractors and homeowners use daily, while helping shape the company’s technical direction as it grows. If you want to combine autonomy, mission-driven work, and the chance to have immediate, measurable impact on the fight against climate change, this is the role for you.

Skills

3+ years of professional software engineering experience

Experience building SaaS or data-driven applications

Ability to design and deliver production-quality systems end-to-end

Startup mindset: thrive in high-ownership, fast-moving environments
