The role focuses on partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and to design and execute recruiting strategies for Canva’s business functions in the US, with emphasis on California-based roles and collaboration with the Australia-based Talent Acquisition team. Where and How You Can Work Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but Canva maintains US presence with teams in California and Austin. This role supports US-based roles while collaborating with the Australia-based Business TA team and US recruiting teams. At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs. Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent. Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to make high-quality, inclusive hiring decisions. The target base salary range for this position is $138,000 - $200,000, with offers based on market data, skills, and experience.
