What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and establish effective interview processes
Proactively source candidates through various channels to build diverse talent pipelines
Utilize data and key metrics to inform recruiting strategies and improve hiring processes
Champion an exceptional candidate experience with timely and transparent communication
What is Required (Qualifications) Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting for roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working in a company that has scaled from approximately 300 to over 500 employees
Proficiency with modern ATS platforms
Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity
