Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for our business professional positions across multiple departments.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring consistency and effective communication while providing input to ensure our business professional teams consist of highly qualified individuals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using ATS and HR systems.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, maintaining clear communication from initial contact through onboarding transition.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on process improvements, compliance requirements, and external agency/vendor management.
  • Ensure recruiting practices and job postings comply with local transparency and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with external recruitment vendors.
  • Drive special projects to evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies and approaches, including market research and competitive analysis to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting business professional roles in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven success managing both high-volume and specialized searches across multiple departments and regions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking and HR systems (such as viRecruit, Workday, LinkedIn, or similar) and experience with data reporting and analytics.
  • Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders and guiding hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Location

The salary range in CA/NYC/DC for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. This role may be based in any of our East Coast or West Coast offices.
