Overview We’re seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead client engagements, mentor a talented team, and collaborate across disciplines (tax, estate, philanthropy, risk, investments, and more) to deliver integrated, high-touch financial solutions for ultra-affluent families.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple client engagements, manage workflow, and deliver proactive tax planning and consulting.
Work closely with partners on entity structuring, multistate filings, and complex wealth strategies.
Oversee tax audits and handle inquiries from tax authorities with confidence and precision.
Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
Contribute to firm-wide best practices and process improvements.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
7+ years of experience with high-net-worth individuals, families, partnerships, and trusts.
Active CPA or Enrolled Agent license.
Expertise in leading tax technology platforms (CCH Axcess, BNA, Checkpoint RIA, advanced Excel).
Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
Experience with equity comp, complex capital transactions, or estate/gift tax a plus.
A genuine desire to lead, serve, and grow.
