Overview Our client, a digital printing software company, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead global tax operations. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that manages outsourced consultants and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders. Location: The position is 100% remote, with optional in-office collaboration for Bay Area candidates.
Job Description This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to shape tax strategy and compliance in a dynamic, international environment. The successful candidate will be the go-to expert for all things tax and will work directly with leadership to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
Manage preparation of U.S. federal, state, and international income tax returns via external advisors.
Oversee quarterly and annual global tax provision reporting.
Lead compliance for U.S. sales tax, VAT, and GST filings.
Review and support transfer pricing arrangements and statutory tax provisions.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies and respond to audits and notices.
Stay current with tax legislation and update internal practices accordingly.
Provide cross-functional support and contribute to special projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA and/or MST required.
7+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
Strong technical proficiency in U.S. tax compliance and provision.
Experience with international tax and transfer pricing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
