Salary range is from $120,000 - $160,000 (base). Our client is a leading boutique public accounting firm based in Miami, FL. Although fully remote, candidates would have to observe EST business hours (9am - 5pm). Key Responsibilities Review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations with a focus on trusts and estates. Oversee tax adjustments to financial statements and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Manage client engagements from start to finish, including budgets, deadlines, and quality standards. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic tax planning and guidance. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Handle firm administrative functions such as time entry, billing, collections, and project tracking. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (Master’s in Taxation preferred). CPA license or CPA exam eligibility preferred. Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience. Exceptional analytical, technical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong relationship management skills and a team-oriented mindset.
