Overview Our client, a midsized regional CPA firm, is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join their team. This position is remote, but candidates must be based in Oregon or Washington states. Base pay range 150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr Responsibilities Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for our business clients. Review Federal, C-Corporation, S-Corporation, and Partnership tax returns. Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services. Research and consult on technical matters and special projects. Build and manage client relationships while developing and maintaining business development leads. Serve in a leadership role on client projects, including planning and project management, resulting in the successful completion of tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance projects with exceptional client service. Perform reviews of reports and other client deliverables to ensure the highest quality, while balancing firm risk and compliance with appropriate professional standards. Identify and communicate internal business improvement opportunities. Solve strategic issues requiring analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of tax regulations. Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or a similar discipline. Seven plus years recent experience in public accounting. Demonstrated supervisory experience in public accounting. CPA certification strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
