Role and responsibilities We are seeking a pre-MBA Senior Analyst to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to build an all-rounded venture capital skillset in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As a Senior Analyst, you will gain meaningful exposure to every function of a Venture Fund . You’ll work closely with senior partners, founders, and investors while contributing to the growth of a fund that is redefining global trade and the future of work. Investment work Conduct market research, thematic deep dives, company due diligence, and financial analysis. Build financial models and prepare investment memos. Participate and lead in founder meetings. Portfolio management Track portfolio company performance and KPIs. Support portfolio companies with research, analysis, and introductions. Assist in quarterly and annual reporting to LPs. LP communication Support fundraising, investor communications, and analysis. Fund strategy Contribute to fund strategy, thesis development and pipeline building.
