About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance for the Americas to provide strategic financial leadership and drive the financial performance and growth of the business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, including financial and tax reporting, financial planning and analysis, and managing incentive compensation. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership to improve financial reporting, visibility, and systems. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President of Finance include developing and implementing financial strategies, leading the annual budgeting process, and driving long-term financial planning.
