ServiceNow Solution Architect - Senior

Overview We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, transition, and optimization of ServiceNow instances, with a specialized focus on Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) . This role will drive architectural decisions, ensure seamless instance transitions, and implement HAM Pro best practices to support enterprise-wide IT Asset Management (ITAM) goals. Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and transition of ServiceNow instances across environments (e.g., Dev, Test, Prod). Design and implement HAM Pro workflows, lifecycle processes, and reconciliation strategies. Define and enforce CMDB data models and asset governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Oversee data migration, instance cloning, and configuration integrity during transitions. Integrate HAM Pro with third-party discovery tools and inventory systems. Provide strategic guidance on hardware lifecycle management, procurement, and disposal. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow instances post-transition. Develop architectural documentation, Visio diagrams, and technical design specs. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect in enterprise environments. Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and ITAM modules. Strong understanding of instance transition methodologies, cloning, and upgrade cycles. Expertise in CMDB design, asset reconciliation, and lifecycle workflows. Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT governance. Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Tanium). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
