Our team develops on the Home Details Page and the Search map, the two highest traffic pages for Redfin.com. Our full-stack team builds highly visible consumer facing UI as well as robust data ingestion pipelines and data services. By joining our team, you’ll have a chance to work on features that get seen by millions of users and work on multiple critical platforms and services. The Role You will develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality software using React, Java, AWS, and various other tools/libraries.

You will balance the trade-offs between complex infrastructure investments and quick, pragmatic solutions to meet specific business needs.

You will collaborate with other engineering and product stakeholders to define, design, and develop projects.

You will mentor and guide other junior engineers

You will use approved AI code generation tools to document, architect, and create code

About You 3+ years of professional full stack software development experience specifically in React and Java.

Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.

You love elegant interfaces that can tell stories and inspire trust.

You have experience using AI code generation tools tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle ambiguity, and empathize with customers.

You are eager to help us in our mission to create a fundamentally better real estate experience for our customers.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements. Base Pay Range: $121,900.00 - 190,800.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
