The role will also support the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer communication. Ideal candidates will have strong Python skills, Salesforce CRM expertise, and experience in data integration, ensuring smooth connectivity between systems and databases. FinTech professionals with backgrounds in smaller to mid-size institutions or start-ups will thrive in this unstructured environment.Key Responsibilities:Workwith architectand project managers to improve Salesforce CRM usage.Designand customizesolutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Configurestandard objects, developing custom objects, validation rules, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.BuildPython-based microservices for integration, and leveraging AWS services like Lambda, Glue, S3, and RDS for cloud-based data integration and reporting.Must have Requirements:At least 3 years of software engineering experience with a focus on Python and API developmentExperience designing and building Salesforce CRM solutionsStrong data integration understanding, and expertise in Apex, LWC, and cloud platforms.Experience in FinTech and smaller institutions is preferred.Nice-to-have skills:Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse, AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Agent Force.Heitmeyer Consulting is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
