The Solutions Team at LILT
LILTs Solutions team focuses on industry-leading AI technology and its application to multilingual content requirements for large enterprises and government agencies. The team engages with customers from pre-sales through onboarding and is made up of experts in various functional and technical areas. We collaborate closely with LILT Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services and operate as critical members of account-based teams to ensure maximum value delivery to customers.
Where Youll Work Get the best of both worlds with hybrid work: in-office energy 3 days a week to foster collaboration, and the remainder of the week from home. The role can be based in San Francisco, CA or Indianapolis, IN, and will be expected to work in the office in a hybrid capacity. Additional locations include Washington, D.C.; New York City; and Boston metropolitan areas where you will start fully remote and transition to hybrid as offices open.
Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment.
What Youll Do Were looking for an experienced Solutions AI Architect who loves solving hard problems, managing complex projects, and interacting with a variety of stakeholders. This role requires strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once. You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Marketing to bring our platform to clients and prospects. You will provide technical expertise in sales pursuits to drive customer acquisition and success, with a broad range of skills from global content management lifecycles to integrations. You will connect a customers business problems to LILTs solution, communicate the connection effectively, and build demos, execute proofs-of-concept, and provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical co-pilot to LILT Account Executives, managing the customers technical experience from scoping (pre-sales) to deployment (post-sales/success)
Build and present reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications for customers
Be a subject-matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices
Understand and align the customers technology stack to optimize localization processes
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success
Play an active role in the development and maintenance of customer integrations
Develop and iterate on internal processes to ensure consistency across solutions engagements
Track existing technology solutions and follow the latest trends in multilingual content management and translation; specifically the application of AI
Skills and Experience:
At least 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role at a services, technology, or content management company
Experience with a complex services-oriented solution
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Localization engineering experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with integrating CMS systems to translation workflows is highly desirable
Familiarity with Large Models, including fine-tuning, is highly desirable
A passion for technical and solution-based problem solving
Analytical approach to intelligence gathering and project planning
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact easily with end users and C-level executives
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic pre-IPO growth environment
Self-motivated and results-driven
Confidence in communicating technical ideas to various audiences, primarily through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations
Comfort with a bit of chaos; startup experience is an advantage
Ability to work independently while being part of a team and pursuing team goals

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs. Compensation ranges may differ by location.
Salary range - $115K-$120K
