We are looking for a brilliant, entrepreneurial Solutions Architect to join Klarity. Klarity automates Unstructured-Document workflows using GenAI and helps customers accelerate finance transformation and reduce compliance risk.

Location: San Francisco, CA (relocation bonus available) | Job Type: Full-time | Experience: 8+ years

Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Klarity (YC S18) automates Unstructured-Document workflows using GenAI. Our vision is a future of Exponential Organizations—companies that can hyper-scale without vast operational teams of humans reading documents. Our customers include Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, DoorDash, and Zoom. They use Klarity to save time and money, reduce compliance risk, and speed up manual contract review. We have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences and have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform. We recently raised a $70m Series B in June 2024.

Our Gen AI Journey: Founded in 2017, we shipped multiple NLP/ML product iterations pre-chatGPT, rebuilt our core AI platform in 2023, and are all-in on GenAI with 15+ unique LLM use-cases in production and 10+ LLMs in use.

The Role

• Serve Klarity clients as a subject matter expert (SME) during onboarding and as an advisor to finance transformation efforts utilizing the Klarity platform
• Understand client requirements and translate into product solutions that meet customer needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer needs around ASC 606, OTC/QTC, P2P, and other finance transformation efforts
• Create high-quality project artifacts, including business requirement documents, process flows, and technical architecture and end-to-end design documentation
• Advise C-level members on adoption of Klarity and help accounting leaders understand how to best use the solution
• Present compelling demonstrations of Klarity to clients
• Provide feedback to Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering on feature updates and product enhancements
• Solutioning design: develop a deep understanding of the Klarity product to design and guide development of solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Big 4 and/or top-tier management consulting experience preferred
• Experience coding in Python strongly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral communication skills with VP/C-level executives at enterprises ($500m ARR+)
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to create high-quality project artifacts
• Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering
• Ability to flourish in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment
• Experience with Enterprise Finance systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Salesforce, Coupa, etc.)
