We're seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Post-Sales & Success
Own post-sales technical strategy and execution for top fintech and crypto platforms, ensuring Dynamic scales to support enterprise wallet infrastructure and high-growth applications worldwide.
The Role
Location: We’re remote-first, but ideally you’re based in New York, the Bay Area, or Miami—we’d love to have more of the team near our core hubs.
Experience: 7+ years in technical solution architecture, sales engineering, or a similar role.
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Dynamic, you will lead post-sales technical execution for enterprise FinTech and Web3 clients, driving seamless integration, scalability, and long-term success. You will execute and shape Dynamic’s customer success strategy at scale, ensuring our infrastructure powers the next generation of financial applications.
You will be at the forefront of shaping how the world’s leading fintechs, exchanges, and Web3 applications build with wallets, auth, and stablecoins. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive adoption by providing technical guidance, solution design, and hands-on support for our customers.
Your role will be a mix of Post-sales Customer success, technical leadership, and customer engagement — helping businesses navigate our infrastructure, ensuring seamless integrations, and unlocking new use cases. You will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers, conducting technical discovery, delivering tailored demos, and resolving integration challenges.
You will be a fantastic fit for this role if you have :
- 7+ years of experience in post-sales solutions architecture, technical success, or enterprise-scale integrations at a high-growth, high-throughput technology company.
- Deep technical expertise in authentication, SDKs, APIs, and cloud-based scaling.
- A strong background in the tech industry, particularly in web3 infrastructure or related auth, security, and / or SAAS platforms. React and SDK experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement effective technical solutions.
- Have led large onboarding implementations at scale and have a good understanding of how to optimize onboarding and customer success processes.
- 2+ years of working in Web3, blockchain technology, and professional or personal experience using various web3 dapps and technologies and / or authentication / user management platforms experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of technological trends, especially in crypto and cloud technologies.
- Live in the New York Metropolitan Area, San Francisco Bay Area, or Miami.
- Optional : have experience building and scaling solution engineering teams.
You will
- Architect and optimize high-scale post-sales integrations, ensuring fintech and enterprise customers.
- Shape and execute Dynamic’s post-sales strategy, working cross-functionally to establish Dynamic as the leading wallet infrastructure provider for FinTech and Web3.
- Improve onboarding and customer success through hands-on guidance and data-driven strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and training sessions to help customers maximize the value of Dynamic.
- Work across teams to ensure a cohesive approach to solution development, implementation, and long-term customer success.
