Professional Services Team’ Mission:

日本のProfessional Servicesチームでは、お客様にSnowflakeを最大限かつ最適に活用頂くために、技術支援を展開するソリューションアーキテクト(Solutions Architect)を募集しています。このロールでは、お客様のビジネス課題とSnowflakeのソリューションを結びつけ、その関連性とSnowflakeのビジョンをさまざまなオーディエンス（技術および経営層）に伝える洞察力が求められています。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to shape product roadmapping and vision Balance the strategic and tactical; ensuring the team is solving the most critical user needs while delivering holistic solutions that are intuitive and easy to use Lead research planning and execution, effectively building alignment with cross-functional peers and stakeholders throughout the research process Clearly communicate insights and learnings, tying directly to actionable next steps and impact on product direction

REQUIREMENTS:

5-10 years of leading high-impact user research efforts Experience leveraging a broad range of research methodologies across the various stages of product development Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity, with a proven track record of setting and executing research roadmaps leading to meaningful product impact Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, driving alignment around user needs and incorporating peers into the research process This is a hybrid position based in Bellevue, WA (3 days per week)

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $168,000 - $248,400. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
