The Solutions Engineer supports successful deployments of Proof-of-Value (POV) projects and communicates the value of HYPR during the sales process. The role requires objective focus and the ability to work across complex and evolving environments. A Solutions Engineer collaborates with internal and external teams, providing architecture leadership and subject matter expertise on Passwordless implementation and adoption. Responsibilities Develop and execute Proof-of-Value (POV) plans to demonstrate value to customers while maintaining a strong technical understanding of the HYPR True Passwordless Platform. Create innovative and practical designs that capture the end-to-end technical value of a solution aligned with HYPR’s business strategy and objectives. Enable customer success by managing expectations and risks during the POV. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years in a pre-Solutions Engineering role. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate customer value. Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), Multi-Factor Authentication, and Identity Providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock or others). Experience or comfort with REST APIs and SDKs. Experience in managing complex, enterprise sales cycles as a lead Solutions Engineer. Ideally, You’ll Also Have May require working outside normal hours due to global collaboration. Knowledge of enterprise architecture including load balancing, application firewalls, SIEM, etc. Experience or comfort with FIDO UAF and FIDO2. Experience with Identity Access Management standards such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. Note This position is US Remote. HYPR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
