About the Role We are building the AI-native operating system for regulated finance—starting with mortgage servicing. Our system of record powers real operations at national scale, with $100B+ in loans, 500K+ customers, and AI agents executing real workflows. As a Solutions Engineer , you’ll be the technical arm of our most strategic partnerships—rapidly building bespoke solutions that drive customer value, unblock deployments, and ultimately shape our core product. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and GTM—embedding deeply with customers to understand their needs and shipping solutions that make our software indispensable. This is not a roadmap-bound role. You\'ll move fast, own messy business problems, and deliver value in days—not quarters. What You\'ll Do Collaborate with enterprise clients to build custom integrations and solutions tailored to their workflows. Scope, design, debug, deploy, and iterate on high-impact prototypes and integrations. Lead technical conversations—translating business need into architecture, scoping use cases, and defining deployment patterns. Address security and compliance questions, escalating complex issues when needed. Maintain and enrich documentation: guides, FAQs, internal tools, and best practices. Capture and advocate for customer feedback—feeding it directly into product planning and GTM strategy. Ideal Background Experience: 3–7 years in solutions engineering, presales engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles. Technical Skills: Experience building prototypes, APIs, integrations, or LLM-based solutions. Background in enterprise SaaS deployments, with understanding of enterprise architectures. Soft Skills: Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver results quickly (MVP thinking over perfection). Strong communication and presentation skills—capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences. Customer-first mindset: empathy, ownership, and ability to speak \"business and code.\" Nice to Have: Startup or early-stage experience. Experience in regulated industries or AI/ML domains.
