LinkedIn is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Associate of Strategic Finance, GTM Performance for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS). This role partners closely with senior GTM leaders, monitors key business metrics, identifies emerging trends, and sizes the financial impact of strategic initiatives. The position emphasizes operational rigor and strong execution against top priorities to shape the future growth of LSS. A strong candidate will demonstrate strategic insight, analytical rigor, and synthesized communication. The work location is hybrid (home and LinkedIn office on select days).
Overview Location: San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, or New York. The Monetization Strategic Finance team supports growth initiatives with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking: identify opportunities for growth within a scope, support strategy development with business partners, validate and execute pressure testing of growth opportunities, operationalize ideas with execution plans, and build collaborative relationships with other teams.
Stakeholder Influence: communicate implications of work (forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action; develop narratives from data to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
Execution & Organization: partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support growth initiatives with a metrics-oriented perspective; answer complex questions and develop workstreams within defined procedures; identify and unblock obstacles with minimal support.
Performance Management: create, maintain, and update complex models and forecasts; access and synthesize data from cross-platform sources; develop hypotheses using identified signals and trends; conduct ad hoc analyses to address ambiguous business questions; collaborate on experiments to close deviations from targets.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in the technology industry.

Compensation & Benefits LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $98,000 - $158,000. Actual compensation is based on factors including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location.
