It provides end-to-end digital transformation solutions, including consulting, design, and engineering, to help enterprises optimize operations and enhance customer engagement About the role: We’re looking for a skilled Backend and API Developer with 6-10 years of Java experience and some C# and .NET experience to support the ongoing development, a robust and scalable content distribution platform used in our media pipeline. This role focuses on building high-performance backend services and APIs to enable secure and efficient content delivery across internal and external systems. Candidates should have strong Java expertise, cloud proficiency, and experience working in fast-paced production environments. Role Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java. Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET. Develop and support RESTful APIs for content distribution and management. Work with Dropwizard, Spring, or similar Java frameworks. Manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle. Build cloud-native solutions using AWS and Azure, including serverless functions. Integrate media streaming technologies including DRM, Forensic Watermarking, and CDNs. Contribute to event-driven architectures and containerized environments using Docker and EKS. Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles with strong unit/integration test coverage. Use Git for version control and participate in CI/CD workflows. Basic Qualifications: Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities. Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems. Thrives in a team environment, actively contributes to collaboration, fostering a sense of community. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Embraces new ideas to enhance problem-solving processes. Qualifications: 4–6 years of professional experience in Java backend development, as well as some experience developing back end systems using C# and .NET. Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs. Strong experience with Java frameworks like Dropwizard or Spring. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS preferred). Familiarity with media processing workflows, DRM, or CDN is a plus.
