What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead multiple Agile teams in the analysis, design, development, and testing of digital applications - Ensure technical solutions align with the enterprise architecture strategy for uninterrupted availability and low-maintenance support - Manage project priorities and ensure all milestones are met within approved timelines and budgets - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders - Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure software delivery meets service levels

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or comparable experience - 8+ years of experience in software development - Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams - Strong project management, consulting, negotiation, and customer service skills - Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5+ years of previous people management experience - Ability to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment - Experience with highly transactional account and payment-related websites - Demonstrated skill in communicating technical solutions to senior management - Familiarity with enterprise strategy and translating it for team members
