Job Description
Hiring Team Description: A Partner Solutions Engineer would have deep expertise in LinkedIn’s API products and technical solutions. You will develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to launch new API products and help enterprise partners integrate. You will be responsible for enterprise partners CSAT, program health, and monthly enterprise partner operations review. You may drive adoption of LI’s API products in the marketplace by managing a portfolio of high touch enterprise partners or lead product adoption across a broad base. You will understand feature gaps in API, product, or partner offering and explore solutions to address gaps and drive client success.
This role will be based in San Francisco, CA. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Responsibilities:
Act as the technical subject matter expert and solution engineer for enterprise partners.
Identify, drive and optimize the user experience, engagement and business growth for partners leveraging LI API products.
Understand enterprise partner’s product adoption progress and consult product and engineering teams to accelerate LinkedIn best practices.
Understand and document enterprise partner’s technical implementation.
Facilitate enterprise partners with onboarding, provide technical development and coding support, and provide guidance to partners during testing and pre-launch activities.
Build relationships with the technical teams and decision-makers at enterprise partners.
Understand enterprise partner's platform architecture and become a consultant to engineering leadership to help these partners build scalable integrations through best practices adoption.
Act as a technical partner providing program management to ensure partner success.
Act as a technical partner to BD & Product teams to support new and existing enterprise partners.
Design effective launch programs with enterprise partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.
Ensure existing and new enterprise partners brought into the ecosystem by BD are successfully adopting new products.
Be the voice of our enterprise partners back to LinkedIn.
Drive product improvements and platform best practices by contributing to Voice of enterprise partners back to LinkedIn’s lines of businesses.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BS (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding, or equivalent technical experience.
2+ years of industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS and 5+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Exceptional written, presentation and oral communication skills, and the ability to create and present solutions to partners.
Experience integrating enterprise services, either as a consumer or a provider.
Experience managing external partners/customers and working with product, business development and engineering.
Experience working in highly collaborative environments.
Experience in one or more of the following: Enterprise Architecture, SaaS Integration, API Management, PaaS and IaaS.
UNIX scripting experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $206,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other incentive compensation plans.
