This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building scalable HR programs while partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with teams and colleagues across the globe to ensure that all programs, from onboarding to offboarding, are seamless, compliant, and enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities Design, implement, and scale HR Programs ensuring compliance and audit readiness Oversee benefits, leave of absence, LMS, onboarding/offboarding, and training initiatives Manage North America HR operations, including program execution, policy benchmarking, and vendor/third-party partnerships Identify gaps in current processes and drive improvements to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention Manage multiple priorities and stretch assignments in a fast-paced environment Track program effectiveness and recommend updates to maintain operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of HR Operations or People Programs experience required Proven track record of managing HR programs end-to-end required Demonstrated success implementing scalable HR programs required Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments required
