Sr. Program Manager, HR Operations Description
Our client is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, HR Operations to add to their team in the Bay Area. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building scalable HR programs while partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with teams and colleagues across the globe to ensure that all programs, from onboarding to offboarding, are seamless, compliant, and enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities Design, implement, and scale HR Programs ensuring compliance and audit readiness
Oversee benefits, leave of absence, LMS, onboarding/offboarding, and training initiatives
Manage North America HR operations, including program execution, policy benchmarking, and vendor/third-party partnerships
Identify gaps in current processes and drive improvements to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention
Manage multiple priorities and stretch assignments in a fast-paced environment
Track program effectiveness and recommend updates to maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of HR Operations or People Programs experience required
Proven track record of managing HR programs end-to-end required
Demonstrated success implementing scalable HR programs required
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments required
