Staff Construction Engineer - Northern California Join a growing Construction Management Group in the West Region (Arizona, California, Washington). The Staff Construction Engineer will provide construction phase support services to multiple projects with a construction value of up to $15M each. Location: Santa Rosa, CA, with potential travel to Santa Rosa, Roseville, Concord, San Francisco, Sacramento.

Responsibilities
External Communications: support and advise on external communications systems.
Construction Management: supervise a project team within established systems.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): follow HSE policies, identify risks, instruct safe methods, and escalate serious issues as needed.
Work Scheduling and Allocation: assign short-term work to a team to meet timelines.
Leadership and Direction: communicate local action plans and motivate the team to achieve goals.
Performance Management: monitor personal and team performance, allocate work, and ensure timely, quality outcomes.
Organizational Capability Building: coach team members to develop their skills.
Quality Assurance: plan and coordinate testing and inspection; implement and monitor corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Compliance: identify noncompliance with policies or regulatory codes and escalate as appropriate.
Client & Customer Management (External): assist in managing client relationships using relevant systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and management experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager/Engineer, Construction Manager, or Resident Engineer on multiple projects.
Current Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EIT or California PE license also acceptable; Inspector of Record; CMAA or other industry memberships.
Salary Salary Range: $87,000 – $145,000
